oz. White Chocolate
¼ C Antilles Spice Clipper Mango Majic
¼ C Water
3 C Mixed Caribbean Fruit such as Firm Mango, Pineapple, Bananas,
Papaya and guava cut into bite sized pieces
1.
Melt white chocolate in a double boiler
2. Mix Antilles Spice Clipper Antilles Passion and the water, then
blend into the melted chocolate.
3. Stir well until mix is smooth
4. Place chocolate mixture in a bowl in center of platter with fruit
around side.
